DEATH BY HALOS 👑 Have you ever had a Death By Chocolate Cake? This is kind of like that, but with kettlebell halos instead. In short… this is a great 6 minute workout. WORKOUT DETAILS: As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes -2 halos (one per side) in each position from tall kneeling, to half-kneeling, to standing, and all the way back down. -Rest as needed.
