Prepare the Ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Apply a thin layer of yellow mustard to both sides of the ribs. Season the ribs generously with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning, salt, and black pepper. 2. Wrap and Bake: Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil. Place the wrapped ribs in a preheated oven at 275°F (135°C). Bake for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender. 3.
