Here’s how simple it is👇🏼 -Add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream to a quart size jar -Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice or vinegar -Place on the lid and SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE! -Shake vigorously for 2 minutes or until you feel the cream thicken -Remove the lid, cover with a breathable cloth, and let sit for 8-10 hours to ferment -Refrigerate and ENJOY!
