In our home, we’ve found creative and fun ways to involve our kids in getting more vegetables and fiber in our diet ❤️

How to Make it:

✨1 cup carrots
✨1 zucchini 
✨1 cup spinach
✨1 banana
✨2 eggs
✨1/4 cup avocado oil
✨1/4 milk of choice
✨1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
✨1 tsp vanilla
✨1 1/4 cup oat flour or GF flour
✨1 tsp baking soda
✨1 tsp baking powder
✨1/3 cup cocoa powder
✨1/4 tsp salt
✨1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
✨dark chocolate for drizzling (optional)

In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients to a blender until smooth. Stir together the wet and dry ingredients and fold in the chocolate chips.
