I typically buy the light mayo at 35 calories per tbsp, but then I end up with 70 calories of mayo because one tbsp is never enough. I get that this mayo looked yellow … but it was for sure creamy and delicious regardless. I probably will add less mustard next time I try this. And TEN calories per tbsp! I was dipping my veggies in it! This dressing is equal parts of olive oil, mayo, honey, white wine vinegar and dijon mustard, and that’s it! Season with sea salt and white pepper to taste if desired, but it is pretty unnecessary in this recipe! You can easily do without. Bonus for ease and simplicity! My Best on Everything Dressing (example recipe) 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp white wine vinegar 2 tbsp mayo 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp dijon (you can scale it up or down just using whatever ratio you love). Het zelf maken van mayonaise is heel eenvoudig, snel en lekker! Ingrediënten: - 1 ei - 1 eetlepel citroensap - 1 eetlepel appelazijn - 1/2 theelepel Keltisch zeezout - 125ml (koud geperste) extra vierge olijfolie - 125gr gesmolten roomboter/grasboter - Mosterd naar smaak Bereiding: Breek het ei in een pot waar een staafmixer in past (niet te breed). Tip: gebruik een pot waar je de mayonaise in wilt bewaren! Doe vervolgens alle andere ingrediënten erbij.
