Ingredients: For the Steak: 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 10-12 oz each) 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp butter For the Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce: 1/4 cup bourbon 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup beef broth 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional) Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients: 3 lb beef chuck roast 2 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups beef broth 1 cup red wine (optional, can substitute with more broth) 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 3 carrots, chopped 3 potatoes, quartered 2 sprigs fresh rosemary 1 bay leaf Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°F. Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the roast on all sides. Remove the roast, and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add broth, wine (if using), Worcestershire sauce, and herbs. Return the roast to the pot. Add carrots and potatoes, cover, and roast in the oven for 3-4 hours until tender. Remove the roast and vegetables. Simmer the liquid to thicken for gravy, and serve.
