Alex Trim on Instagram: "Sweet & Spicy Miso Salmon For the marinade: 2/3 cup white miso paste 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sake 1/4 cup mirin 2.5Tbsp sambal -Whisk together miso, sugar, and sambal until incorporated. -Slowly whisk in the sake. -Once the sake is whisked in add the mirin. -Marinate salmon portions for at least 6 hours, up to 48 hours. -Place marinated salmon on a foil lined sheet tray. Cook on your ovens highest broil setting until the top is nicely caramelized. -Serve with sesame seed and scallions. Enjoy.
