🍑SUMMER STONE FRUIT BURRATA SALAD 🍑 INGREDIENTS • - 5 oz baby arugula washed • - 1 8-oz package burrata torn into bite-sized pieces • - 1 yellow peach, sliced thinly • - 1 white peach, sliced thinly • - ½ cup dark sweet cherries, pitted & sliced in half • - ½ cup rainier cherries, pitted & sliced in half • - Extra-virgin olive oil to taste • - Balsamic glaze to taste • - Kosher salt • - freshly ground black pepper to taste • - Basil leaves for garnish (optional) or use mint leaves INSTRUCTIONS • 1.
