(fat free & high protein) If you are trying to eat healthy but want tasty and fast foods, this is perfect for you! Ingredients: - rice paper - 8-12 large shrimp, minced - 2 garlic cloves - 1 tsp minced ginger (optional) - 1 tsp cornstarch - 2 scallions chopped - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil - pinch of white pepper - oil for brushing Bang bang sauce: - 1/4 cup mayo - 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce Mince shrimp, garlic, and ginger. Add to bowl with scallions and rest of ingredients. Mix well and set aside. Place filling in a piping bag. Wet rice paper then pipe filling, and roll it up then into a spiral. Place in air fryer and cook 400 F for 10-15 mins, flipping halfway. Mix sauce ingredients together.
