Ingredients: 3 Potatoes (baked) 6 Slices of Bacon 4T Butter 2 Cloves Garlic 1/4C Yellow Onion 1/3C Flour 2C Low Fat Milk 1C Half and Half 2C Chicken Broth 1t Salt 1/2t Pepper and Garlic Powder 2C Shredded Cheddar 1C Sour Cream Baked the potatoes at 400 for an hour. Then halve and scoop out in a bowl. Fry your bacon and chop into bits. Cut an onion and mince the garlic. Add 1T of the bacon grease to a pot, melt the butter and cook the onion for 5 minutes. Add in the garlic and flour, stir to eliminate the clumps and cook for a minute. Slowly incorporate the milk
