• 18 oz Eggplant
• 4 cloves Garlic
Condiments
• 1/2 tsp End" hot sauce
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper
• 3 tbsp Brown sugar
• 1 tsp Chili powder, hot
• 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tbsp Salt
• 1 tsp Turmeric
Oils & Vinegars
• 4 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Other
• 2 Each bhut jolokia (ghost pepper) (dried seed pods - leave out or reduce for a milder chutney)
