I adore soup year-round and this venison vegetable soup brings back some of my favorite memories of my mom making big batches of soup on snowy days. Making a version of that soup with deer meat couldn’t be easier. All you need to do is saute the vegetables and meat. I then like to add herbs and seasoning before adding broth/stock, it helps the flavor. Ingredients
Meat
• 4 cups Beef
• 1 lb Venison stew meat
Produce
• 2 Carrots
• 3 Celery stalks
• 4 Garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp Herbs de provence
• 1 Lemon
• 1 (10oz) package Mixed vegetables - corn, frozen
• 1 lb Red or yellow potatoes
• 1 (15 oz) can Tomatoes
• 1 Yellow onion
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 1 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
