• 1 small handful Flat-leaf parsley
• 1 Lemon juiced, large
• 1 small handful Mint
• 3 Spring onions
Condiments
• 1 tbsp Rose or regular harissa plus extra to serve
Nuts & Seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds, toasted and lightly crushed

• 4 tbsp Yogurt, natural
Other
• 250g pouch (we used Merchant Gourmet Glorious Grains) mixed grains
• 2 (about 250g in total) tuna steaks cut into 3cm chunks
