• 480 ml Dairy-free milk
• 1 Dairy-free milk
Condiments
• 1/2 tbsp Strap molasses, black
Baking & Spices
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
• 300 g Caster sugar
• 1 1/3 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
• 1 Cocoa powder
• 500 g Icing sugar
• 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
• 420 g Self raising flour
• 1 tsp Spice, mixed
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
• 120 ml Sunflower oil
Bread & Baked Goods
• 1 Ginger biscuits (for crumbling inside the cake layers and on top of the cake)
Dairy
• 4 heaped tbsp Biscoff spread / cookie butter
• 530 g Butter i used flora block butter, dairy-free
