• 1 lb Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
Produce
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1 tsp Ginger
• 1/4 cup Yellow onion
Canned Goods
• 1/4 cup Apple sauce, unsweetened
Condiments
• 1/4 cup Low sodium or gluten-free soy sauce
Baking & Spices
• 1 tbsp Brown sugar, light
• 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
• 1 tsp Sesame seeds
