• 1 large clove Garlic
• 2 tsp Ginger, fresh
• 2 tbsp Red onion or shallots

• 2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
Baking & Spices
• 1 Black pepper, freshly ground
• 6 Cardamom pods, green
• 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp Table salt
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 Little canola or plain olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 2 tsp Cumin, ground
Dairy
• 1/3 cups Whole milk plain yogurt
