The fireplace has built in hidden storage behind the mantle with a drawer made of solid hardwood. The built-in cabinets come with an adjustable shelf that has a cutout in the back for electrical wires and cords. Additional shelves are available for purchase. The pictured top is White Oak however other species of wood can be ordered. The fireplace and built-in cabinets can be painted any Sherwin Williams color of your choosing. Custom sizes can be made to best suit your needs. TV and Fireplace are not included in the listing. These pieces are made from rough sawn hardwood that has been milled down to size along with cabinet grade sheet goods. All the lumber has been kiln dried, and responsibly sourced from a local lumberyard, not a big box store. Assembly is completed using mortise and tenon joinery called dominos. By using superior materials (NOT 2x4's), a stronger more stable cabinet is built with no cracking, splitting, sagging or warping. I personally deliver within 20 miles of my shop in Lansing, MI. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for pickup/ shipping. We have our customers use a shipping company called U-Ship which delivers nationwide and will assist with setting up the service.
