Dan is a fellow volunteer at the soup kitchen i work at. He has been a professional chef his entire life and now cooks for the homeless ever morning and dinners once a week. One of the kindest people i have ever met, he was the first one to really befriend me and teach me the ropes at the kitchen. ...annnnnd, he can crack four eggs at one time.
