After surgery, focusing on scapular stability and strength can help fight against the tightness in the front of your chest. When there is tightness in the front, it has a tendency to pull the should forward, causing misalignment, and leading to shoulder injury and dysfunction. Here are some examples of some basic, but great scapular stability exercises. Check-in with your PT for the best ones for you!
