We built this city on sausage rolls... . . Spent a few minutes this afternoon whipping up some #glutenfree sausage rolls using some of our sausage meat and a pack of gluten free pastry we got reduced on a recent shop. Got to say the pastry isnt anywhere near as flakey as the standard stuff but even so these came out really well. Only problem now is trying not to eat them all in one sitting . . #TrueBites #sausageroll
Did someone say sweet potato hash brown? . . Its been a busy morning but as soon as I got home I got the fryup on. Half way through cooking I realised were out of hash browns so whipped up a sweet potato version with some wedges we had left over from last night! Mashed it up and threw in some onion salt and have to say it was BANG ON! . . Thick cut bacon premium pork sausage and free range eggs all from True Bites of course . . #TrueBites #Fryup
What is flat iron steak?.. . . Flat iron steak has gained in popularity over the last few years and has steadily become one of our customers favourite steaks. I have to say for me personally I would say it is my favourite steak. They are tender juicy and have a great depth of flavour especially when they have been properly butchered and matured (we mature ours for at least 7 days). You might have even seen Flat Iron steaks on restaurant menus recently which is testament to the quality of the cut

2 of our hand made premium pork sausages 2 slices of thick cut back bacon 2 fried eggs (Im in the crispy bottom club ) beans hash brown and 2 slices of toasted corn bread (Its nice to mix things up sometimes).
