Ingredients: 1 tray OceanBox mahi mahi 1 cup of lemon and lime juice (about 3 lemons and 4 limes) 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 1 jalapeno, half coarsely chopped, half finely minced, seeds removed 1/2 avocado, diced salt to taste Directions: Dice the fish into half-inch cubes. Combine the diced fish with the lemon and lime juice, coarsely chopped jalapeño, and half of the sliced red onion. Add a couple of pinches of salt. Allow the mixture to marinate in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your preferred texture. After marinating, drain the fish from the juice and remove the pieces of jalapeño. Gently stir in the diced avocado, the remaining sliced onion, and the minced jalapeño. If your juice is too bitter, consider adding a drizzle of olive oil to balance the flavo
