(500) Days of Summer is my #1 romantic comedy, by far.

I guess The Last Kiss counts, but be warned its not the best to watch with the gf. Could definitely lead to fights since it deals with infidelity and whatnot.

And Zack and Miri is a good choice, as long as your gf and you like raunchy comedies. Otherwise your gf could be pissed that you chose such a 'smutty' movie
