So pleased that there has not been the MASSIVE delay before this release that there was with Season 1... ordered; though I can't afford to get S1 steel as it is so much now, loved the regular release though so wish I had (at least I have all the othe Netflix Marvel - well, that I know of!)... think I will be changing credit card, due to fraudulent company (not a hack, so a bit different... not sure how it will go) though so fingers crossed no disasters happen with purchase!

With the complete lack of extras so far, I'm expecting a "Phase One" set with all the shows so far plus The Defenders in a fancy pack with special features. But then again, Disney doesn't seem to give a stuff about extras for Marvel movies. I miss the Paramount days when we got two-disc editions loaded with bonus material |

I contacted Zavvi and they assured me that the blu ray is indeed region free. Any idea why other sites would show what appears to be the same product but indicate different technical info?

The majority of retailers are not going to bother updating the specs even if they see it printed on the cases. Amazon occasionally do indicate if some releases are region free but my general rule of thumb is: Don't go by what specs retailers put on their product pages, heck, don't always trust the specs on the back cover of the product in question as they can on occasion also be incorrect. |
