Are there 2 releases of this. The one listing on this site (for USA) indicates a 2 disc set with a DVD / DC. My copy appears to have a single disc, and there is no tray for a second disc in the book...

The digital copy came in a paper sleeve.

the Batman digibook has the same sleeve. I hate them. Not that I care for the digital copy, but if its gonna have a disc of a digital copy, they should have housed it in a plastic housing.
