Thanks for your reply.

May I know whether Vkool Premier 6mil heat rejection is as good as Vkool Elite?

I just bought my car recently in Balakong and looking for a good safety film, my salesman quoted me some 3M tinted range RM1000 to RM1800 after discount. She told me is 3M original product and giving me 3M warranty card. So, I secretly took down some pictures for survey later. Somehow, when I visit few other 3M shops, those shop people could not recognize the products I show them, they told me is not 3M film, and later when i check online, I noticed the 3M safety film available in their website is only Scotchshiled, Nano 50 and nano 70. I can't find those products in my photo. Could anybody tell me what is this about.

Probably they apply one layer of CR70 plus another layer of 6mil security film. It's better to get Nano 70, 2 layers potentially has more problem.
Just go to one of the 3M authorized applicators listed on 3M website, you can get Crystalline Front and back and Nano for side at around the same price. Also 3M now sending e-warranty via email, not card anymore.

Hi bro, thx for for your reply. My salesman not mention about the e-warranty at all. But, it is not 2 piece film, see my pictures carefully.Crystalline 50 - 6mil, Crystalline 70 - 6mil, RE70 - 6mil and ST 70 - 5mil is actually one piece of film. After go through some survey, I think that dealer is selling fake 3M to me. I am very disappointed with my salesman and that 3M dealer. I wondering how many 3M dealer is also selling fake 3M product nowaday. Anybody can recommend V-kool, Huper Optilk, or Raytech to me. I am taking my Goft GTI next month. Must be good price and original product.Thx smile.gif

Please beware, there is a lot fake 3M in the market. As I know 3M do not have safety film.
Their best product is Crystalline series and always have issue with Smart Tag

The safety series that you see might mix with HOME BRAND

I don't know if your 3M dealer is selling fake or not, but based on my survey, when 3M initially launched auto films, they did not have security film, as a result some 3M dealer combine Crystalline 70 with another layer of security film so they are able to sell their product as a full package. However now 3M has Nano series safety film, you can find more information about Nano here:
http://solutions.3m.com.my/wps/portal/3M/e...nge/NanoSafety/
Maybe your SA is just not up to date with the information.

If your dealer is listed in the below webpage, it should be selling genuine product.

OMG!!! Crystalline available in 6mil and got sample film some more. Lol.
It is good for you to do some research online for the product available to make sure you got the right original product. This non-original product we called it "House-brand". House-brand product is everywhere in market, it may happen in all brand, selling like original with expensive price too.

Back in year 2000, 3M already have their auto films. just that not so popular.
They do have security film, scotchshield, this products has been since day one.

About your picture, may be the dealer, using CR70 + other brand security films that what I can see from the picture. I would not rule out that they are still using genueing 3M film just that, they might be using security film which not from 3M.

If you doubt your film autentity, perhaps you can called up 3M customer service 170081 7080. whether the shop you purchase from is their autotheries dealers.

For your info, 3M film do have a marking on their film, expect for Nanos which this security film do not have marking on the film. Althought 3M mentioned about e-warranty but my installer still using normal card based. TO me still accetable due to I know the installer since in year 2000.

This 3M marking to ensure that film you are getting is from 3M.
