Power went out Saturday afternoon, after around some 4 hours it was restored. But we all know when these things happen it is just the beginning of checking/resetting all of our devices. I checked all of the Touches downstairs, which rebooted without any issue, but the one in the master bedroom had an issue. It went into the endless loop of not finding the network even though the remote (I use the one from the Duet) had reset itself. I did the unplug, re-plug method with no luck and did the factory software reset with no luck either. I disconnected it and took it down stairs to my office and swapped out the one in there that is connected via ethernet. That solved the issue with not finding the network and worked fine, took the other one upstairs and installed it there.
That got me thinking that I may need to pick up another spare just incase another one has a wifi issues. I have 5 throughout the house in varies setups, some even run through the Eversolo's I have as the LMS just has a better UI for playlist and Genre selections in how I personalize (lable) several of the groups of music in my collection. A search on ebay showed me the pickings are getting very slim on the Touch, but there are some great pricing on the Transport (I miss my old one). If the Eversolo (original) price start to drop I proberly will go that route, but until that day I will stay with the Touch until they all die on me.

I had a similar experience with one of mine several months ago. After power went out it wouldn't reconnect. Tried the reset with no benefit. After a couple of days it somehow started working again without me having to do anything else. I'm also thinking of switching to a different option but the touch screen is a great feature to have.
