1st single off our ep, Feels Like You're Dying. Thanks, and Be Well.
lyrics
A penchant for thrill seeking and
also wanting everything
And just as soon as I can get it all I want is what i haven’t
I don’t want it
When I have it
I can do it all I can do it all I’ll do it
I wanna doitalliwannadoitalliwantit
I’m climbing up the walls imclimbingupthewallsimslipping
And then I start to fall because my interests gone I’m dipping.
I’m living on fantasy and dopamine and distracting
And the promise of all the things that are glistening and yet to be
I really wanna help and do it right so is this helping?
Can you pat my head and say "good boy!" so I keep going?
I’m so into this I can’t imagine doing something (else)
I need another hit
Need another hit need another
The hits keep comin’ faster and faster
Hold up
The road to hell is my design
The road to hell is well intentioned

Transaction/Service features This Is Wreckage incorporating more melodic influences into their noise rock, and they absolutely crush it! Every single song is great, and they even have common themes that keep the album feeling satisfyingly complete. The more I listen, the more this one secures itself as one of my favorite albums ever. profstampede

Incredibly heavy and unrelenting, but hits even harder after breaking out of the relatively calm parts of the two middle tracks. Crazy good for a debut(?) EP. profstampede

This strikes all the right balances to make a great album. It pays homage to noise rock past without being derivative. It structures songs around the lyrics without losing momentum. It has a narrative focus without being on the nose. It achieves a consistent style without any songs sounding sameish. profstampede
