Foul Flock cross-references crowdsourced ALPR camera locations
(OpenStreetMap / DeFlock tagging)
against a hand-curated table of state camera-siting statutes, and flags
cameras within a screened distance of a protected place: schools,
places of worship, healthcare facilities, courts, food banks.

The data can be wrong. Camera positions are
crowdsourced: cameras move, get removed, get mis-tagged. Place
data has the same problem.
Some distances are guesses. When a law says
"immediately surrounding" instead of giving a number, this map
substitutes an adjustable radius and labels it. That number is
ours, not the law's.
Statutes change. Check the citation and the
effective date, then read the current text yourself.
Verify before you file. In person, or through
imagery and public records, before contacting any agency.
How to act on a flag
Click a flagged camera and review the statute citation and distance.
Confirm the camera and the protected place actually exist where mapped.
Read the statute at the linked source. Confirm it's in effect and applies.
Use "Draft report" for a starting-point letter (records request /
relocation request), then replace its contents with facts you've
verified yourself.
