Before he joined the firm, Kereta served as Consul-General of Solomon Islands to Australia. He also served as Chief of Protocol in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade. In those roles he led high-level government engagement, complex negotiations, and cross-border initiatives. His background is in governance, policy implementation, and stakeholder coordination.
