The practice of Guru Puja is done twice a month based on Lunar Calendar. It is a commitment for those practicing the Highest Yoga Tantra to restore all broken vows and pledges. The Guru Puja text also consists of the whole Lamrim, from Guru Devotion up to Enlightenment, Lojong and after the Six Perfections, the generation and completion stages of Tantra.
