    On the occasion of Voices of Inclusion Week, LVMH and LVMH Fragrance Brands are proud to launch the #VoicesOfInclusion campaign, an initiative that highlights our collective commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone is welcome, respected, and represented. For the 10th consecutive time, LVMH Fragrance Brands is proud to partner with LIVE - L'Institut des Vocations pour l'Emploi, a foundation chaired by Madame Macron and supported by LVMH, which aims to help people over 25 years old find employment. LIVE offers mentees the opportunity to discover a new vocation and gain access to training and individual coaching. Indeed, since the launch of the program, more than 80% of participants have found employment after their training, enabling them to rediscover not only their professional lives but also their social lives. Moreover, with 6,1% of employees with disability, LVMH Fragrance Brands champion disability inclusion through key partnerships and initiatives. We collaborate with Arpejeh to host factory visits and workshops for students with disabilities, and partner with AMIPI to integrate individuals with cognitive disabilities. We encourage all our colleagues to participate, share their stories, and amplify the message: everyone is an ally and every voice matters. Let’s celebrate our differences and build an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.     At LVMH Fragrance Brands, Next Gen make the difference! Discover Joel Fourn's journey within the GLOW Finance Program. For 24 months, he thrived between two vibrant cultures: Tokyo and Miami. "Working at two ends of the world shaped me significantly," he reflects. The GLOW program isn't only a professional development opportunity; it's an experience that feed personal growth and cross-cultural understanding. In Tokyo, Joel embraced the challenge of learning Japanese and adapting to a unique way of life, pushing his boundaries. Meanwhile, his immersion in the vibrant Latin American culture of Miami extended his worldview and fueled his curiosity. Through these different experiences, Joel honed his agility and empathy, essential skills for navigating today's interconnected world. "Among the skills I have developed the most, agility stands out particularly," he explains. "Empathy is also a skill I have strengthened, especially while working in a country where implicit communication and understanding cultural nuances are essential." This growth underscores the program's focus on developing not just technical expertise but also crucial soft skills. His advice to future participants? "Fully engage in learning the local language and culture—it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!" Earlier this month, LVMH Fragrance Brands was enchanting the 40th edition of the TFWA (Tax Free World Association) taking place in Cannes, France. This event is a must-attend annual one for all the travel retail professionals. Represented on the LVMH Group's exhibition space, Parfums Givenchy & KENZO Parfums immersive booths were an occasion for our teams to present the major opportunities, brands’ vision & 2025 innovation plan, enhanced by an exceptional setting on LVMH Beauty private terrace. Clients and partners were invited to discover 'The Riviera Express’ immersive experience, highlighting brand storytelling and art of hosting.   Designed as an authentic voyage and inspired by the Royal Scotsman Belmond train on which a Dior Spa interlude was proposed, visitors were embarked on a journey through 200 years of travel, from Paris to New York, immersing them in the ways of transportation from past, present to future. For 4 days, more than 2,000 visitors were able to enjoy a unique journey.
