Momofuku's Soy Sauce Eggs recipe from Food52. I used half teriyaki sauce and half Bragg's soy sauce alternative. Couldn't find sherry vinegar so I used rice vinegar. Marinated for 2hrs. Tasty! 6TBS warm water, 1TBS sugar, 2 TBS sherry vinegar, 3/4C soy sauc, 6 eggs, black pepper. Boil eggs to desired doneness, marinate them in the fridge turning here and there.
