Two pounds alaskan cod 1/2 cup flour 2 Tbsp.olive oil 2 Tbsp. Butter 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 Tbsp.minced garlic 2 cups chopped tomatoes Juice of 1 lemon 2 cups chopped tomatoes 1 cup white wine 1 cup chicken stock 1/2 cup capers Chopped Italian parsley Instructions Start by salt and peppering the fish, then coat with the flour shaking off access. Grab 1lb wild, peeled, and deveined shrimp. Carefully butterfly down the middle. Add to a bowl.
