It's... | By My Life | That is one. Nine and a quarter ounce bag of our Fritos chips. Okay. First thing we're going to do, we're going to take our light cornstarch or syrup. And the recipe calls for one cup. So we are going to put about half of this 16 ounce bottle. Maybe a little bit more than half I think. Wanna make sure we got enough. Okay yeah but that's about half. Now we're going to take one cup of white sugar. We're going to put that in there. And now we are going to just mix this up. Until it starts to boil. Okay. Now that our corn syrup and sugar is starting to boil, we are going to come in with some of our Jiff peanut butter and we're going to use about a cup of that. This is a 16 ounce bottle. And we are going to go ahead and use about half well I used a little over half of that. So probably use about 10 ounces instead of the 8 ounce cup. But now we are going to just give this a nice mix. And once it starts to boil you can go ahead and turn it off. And we're just going to mix this up here till we get a nice creamy consistency. Oh man, this is looking good. Okay. I think we are right where we want to be. Oh yeah, that looks great. Okay. So now, we are going to go ahead and we are going to bring our mixture over and we are just going to pour this right on top of our Fritos But smells good. Smells great. Okay. I think we've got almost all of it out. Let me grab my spatula here. Just make sure we get all this mixture out. Okay. Y'all this looks and smells delicious. Alright. That looks perfect. We've got all this. Let's go ahead and I don't know the best way to spread this out. What do you think? I was just going to say maybe yeah tilt it a little bit. Let's see if that works. See if this works. We got a pretty good distribution though. Yeah we do. I don't really hate this. Yeah I think it we're we might be good with what we got too. Okay. I wouldn't want them to all plump down together. That looks great. So now, Y'all we are going to bring in our Hershey's chocolate bar. Ooh. Actually it's about ten Hershey's chocolate bars. Wow. And we are just going to go ahead lay this right on top. Just like this. And I'm making a line. You'll see why because we've got a couple more ingredients after this but y'all this is looking so good. It's about to be the ultimate no bake treat. That's what I was thinking. Some of my favorite foods. Fritos, peanut butter, chocolate. Like a dessert with Fritos. Bring it on. That looks good. Alright y'all. And now for our last step and this is straining from the recipe a little bit. We are going to add some of our caramel to the top of this. And I'm just going to go ahead and pour this right down in the middle here. Oh, this is going to be so good. Yum. I can't wait to eat this. And you could throw whatever else you want on it. Yeah, absolutely. If you wanted to put some, you know, some kind of crushed pecans or walnuts or peanuts. You know, I think that would go really well here also. Alright, I think that looks great. Alright. Now, we got our caramel on here and that chocolate has gotten so soft. We are just going to go ahead and just kind of make it a little bit of a design here and I'm just kind of dragging my toothpick across making a little bit of a design on this just to be little extra fancy if you're making this you know for the family or I don't know for yourself. You don't have to do it but oh I think it looks kind of neat. I think it looks neat too. I like it. Yeah. Yum. So pretty. Yeah, why not, right? Treat yourself. I love it. Treat yourself. I love it. Ooh, it looks so good. Alright. Now that we've got our little design on the top, we're just going to take some of our sea salt and I'm just going to pour it here in my hand. I don't want to use a ton but I do want to just get a nice little sprinkle on top because obviously, the sea salt goes so well with the caramel. I know we've got the Fritos and that's given us a little bit of salt also but you know what? I'm just going to add just a little bit more of a pop of salt to go with that caramel topping that we put on. Okay. I'm happy with that. Okay. So y'all now that we've got this salted we're going to take this we're going to put this in the refrigerator for about an hour and see you soon. It's been in the fridge for about 2 hours. Maybe two and a half hours. I don't think it needed that much time but alright and while This absolutely looks amazing. Okay, let's see if we can pry this up here. Oh here it comes. Ooh that looks so good. There we go. Y'all this looks so good. Get that creamy caramel. Oh my god. Got our Fritos with that chocolate. Salt. Alright. Let's talk. Oh this is really good. Super simple dessert. Definitely recommend that you try that. Enjoy.
