Ingredients: • 4 small cans of tuna, drained • 6 eggs • ½ small white onion, diced • 2 celery stalks, diced • 1 cup mayonnaise • ½ cup honey mustard • 1–2 tbsp dill relish • 1 tbsp diced jalapeños • Juice of ½ lemon • Brit’s Cookin’ Cajun Seasoning (generously, to taste) • Black pepper, to taste • Onion salt, to taste Instructions: 1. Boil the eggs and once cooled, peel and separate the yolks from the whites. 2. Dice the egg whites and add them to a large mixing bowl with the tuna, diced onion, and celery. 3. In a separate bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork until fine. 4. To the yolks, add the mayo, honey mustard, dill relish, jalapeños, lemon juice, and Cajun seasoning. Mix until smooth. 5.
