It’s festive season and I am sharing some easy to make one pot rasgullas, anyone can make a great Rasgullas with this technique.

One pot Rasgulla Recipe - 

Ingredients - 
Milk - 1.5 litres 
Vinegar - 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp water 
Water - 4 cups
Sugar - 1 cup 
Cardamom - 2
Kesar - few strands 
Dry rose petals - for garnishing 

Method - 
1. To make the paneer - Start by boiling the milk, once the milk is boiled add in vinegar and stir it well 
Start by grating the paneer and knead the paneer well to get smooth dough 
2.Make small balls in the desired size 
3.Then in a pressure cooker add in water , sugar , cardamom and bring it to a boil 
4.Once it starts boiling, close the lid and cook for 1 whistle on a medium flame
