25min · 2 servings Copycat Air Fryer Filet-O-Fish ↓ 2 cod or halibut filets • 2 buns of choice • 2 slices of cheddar cheese •1 cup panko breadcrumbs [batter] • 1 egg • 1 tbsp mayo • 1 tbsp dijon mustard • 1 tbsp gf flour •1/2 tsp salt [tartar sauce] • 1/2 cup mayo • 1 tbsp pickles, chopped • 1 tsp parsley, chopped • 1 tsp capers, chopped • Juice of 1/2 a lemon •1/2 tsp salt 1️⃣ Mix the tartar sauce ingredients together in a bowl & set aside. • 2️⃣ Toast the breadcrumbs in a skillet for 3 mins until golden. • 3️⃣ Dip the fish into the batter, then in the toasted breadcrumbs, making sure the breadcrumbs really stick on the batter. • 4️⃣ Spray the filets with avocado oil on both sides, air fry at 350F for 8 min. • 5️⃣ Finish by serving the fish on the toasted bun, wi
