Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp • 8. Samak/Kuttu Flour 2 to 3 tbsp • 9. Warm water 2 Cups Method : • 1. Soak Makhanas in warm water for 10 Minutes. • 2. In Bowl add Paneer, Carrot, Capsicum, Soaked Makhanas, Salt to Taste, Black Pepper Powder, Green Chillies, Samak Flour. • 3. Mix Everything and knead the dough. • 4. Take a small amount of Dough and make Tikkis/Patties. • 5. Cook these Tikkies/Patties on Non Stick Tawa or Shallow fry with a little bit of Ghee or Air fry or Bake. • 6. Enjoy with Green Coriander Chutney.
