Season the chicken with salt and black pepper. Heat some oil in a large pan over a medium to high heat. Cook the diced chicken until there are no more pink bits. 2. For our sauce, I have one and a half cups of some chicken broth. You could use vegetable broth instead if you want to. That would work just fine. And I've got some cornstarch. I'm going to add about three tablespoons of that. We're going to whisk that together before we add the rest of our ingredients. Making sure to get that all combined. Got some crushed red pepper flakes. Sprinkle in a few of those. You can leave it out if you don't like them. That would be just fine too. Some garlic that I chopped. I've got a cup of some heavy cream. Lower that right in. You could use half and half also if you want to. Got some Italian seasoning and we can't forget the salt and pepper. How easy is this?
