Ingredients

• 1 cup Holy basil or thai basil, loosely packed
• 1 Scallion
• 2 Shallots ((sliced, about 1/3 cups))
• 4 Thai red chili peppers
Condiments
• 1 tbsp Fish sauce
• 2 tsp Oyster sauce
• 3 tsp Soy sauce
• 1 tsp Soy sauce, dark
Pasta & Grains
• 8 oz Wide dried rice noodles
Baking & Spices
• 1 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
• 2 tsp Cornstarch
• 1 pinch White pepper, ground
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tsp Oil
• 3 tbsp Vegetable or canola oil
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 2 tsp Shaoxing wine
