Ingredients

• 1/2 lb Chicken sausage

• 3/4 lb Ground chicken

• 3 4 cup diced celery (2 stalks)

• 12 oz Baby spinach

• 1 cup Carrots

• 1/4 cup Dill, fresh

• 2 tsp Garlic

• 3 tbsp Parsley, fresh leaves

• 1 cup Yellow onion

Canned Goods

• 10 cups Chicken stock, homemade

Baking & Spices

• 1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

• 2 tbsp Olive oil, good

Bread & Baked Goods

• 2/3 cup White bread crumbs, fresh

Dairy

• 3 tbsp Milk

• 1/4 cup Parmesan

• 1/4 cup Pecorino romano

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 1/2 cup White wine, dry
