How you use them Using the attached dilution chart (available in the product image gallery above or as a downloadable PDF in the Twinkle Patreon shop,) add the essential oils one drop at a time to your unscented oil, butter, carrier oil, toner, or hydrosol. They can also be used with the diffuser of your choice for a therapeutic home fragrance. Other ideas: add to epsom salts for a bath soak, make a facial steam, or create your own roll-on perfume. Blends and Ingredients Be Focused This aromatherapy blend will wake up your mind and refresh your senses. It's a zesty, cooling, and fresh blend of lime, rosemary, palmarosa, and peppermint essential oils. Be Well The Be Well aromatherapy blend has ingredients to support your immune system and respiratory health. It's a bright, refreshing, clean blend of lavender, eucalyptus, helichrysum, and lemon essential oils. Be Calm Be Calm is an uplifting and steadying aromatherapy blend that has serious mood-lifting qualities. It's a sweet, earthy, herbaceous floral fragrance, with frankincense, clary sage, chamomile, and ylang ylang. Smudge This bright and warm herbal fragrance has uplifting, energy clearing properties for a smoke-free smudge. It contains sustainably grown white sage, with clary sage, sweet orange, and rosemary essential oils. Bug Away This is the original (now retired) Twinkle Apothecary bug away fragrance - a simple, sweet smelling blend of lavender, lemon, lemongrass, and cedarwood essential oils - which are said to have mosquito repelling properties. Fresh and Light Yogi Blend The Fresh and Light fragrance blend from Yoga Spray has a light, uplifting, green-floral scent which boasts antibacterial properties to clean your mat or clear the air around your practice space. It contains essential oils of lavender, lemon, geranium, and frankincense. Warm and Spicy Yogi Blend The Warm and Spicy fragrance blend from Yoga Spray has a warm, spicy, and sweetly-inviting earthy scent, which also has functional antibacterial properties to support a healthy practice space.
