Cran berry torte
One pie crust baked 5 minutes at 450°f..then lower oven to 350°
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup chopped cranberries
2 cups walnuts.
Beat everything but cranberries and nuts.
Then add cranberries and nuts
Pour in pre baked shell
Bake 20 to 30 minutes till set..

Mushroom and Spinach Lasagna Rolls
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, then stir in spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until wilted. In a bowl, mix the mushroom-spinach mixture with ricotta and half of the mozzarella. Spread a portion of the mixture onto each lasagna noodle, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
