 WHITE TRASH 1. In a large bowl, I mix together the Rice Chex, Cheerios, peanuts, and broken pretzel sticks. I set this dry mixture aside. 2. I then melt the white chocolate or vanilla almond bark following the package directions. I prefer to do this in the microwave, checking and stirring frequently to avoid burning. 3. Once the chocolate or almond bark is melted and smooth, I pour it over the cereal mixture in the bowl. I mix everything together, ensuring all the pieces are well coated with the chocolate. 4. I spread the coated snack mix out onto waxed paper, creating an even layer so it can dry properly. 5. Once the mixture is dry, I break it into chunks. I store the snack mix in airtight containers or Ziploc bags. It keeps well for several weeks.
