Roast the cauliflower | Toss with oil and spices on a tray, then roast at 200°C for 25-30 mins until golden and tender. Make the green bean blend | Blend butter beans, greens, and seasonings until smooth, adding water if needed. Serve | Spread the green bean blend on a plate, top with roasted cauliflower, and finish with crispy onions and roasting oil. | Bosh
