5 sitting yoga stretches to release your tight back and shoulders
Arm circles (inhaling as you stretch up and exhale as you release tension and move your arms back down) Sitting spinal twist (breathing deeply as you hold for a few breaths each side) Upper back stretch (gently curving your spine and feeling that deep release through your back) Shoulder stretch (hold for a few breaths each side to work deeply in to your muscles) Chest stretch (clasp your hands behind your back and open up your chest to help correct a forward posture from using screens) Breathe deeply throughout on all stretches ❤️ P.S.
