Then mash the mixture. Add 1 chopped onion Half chopped green pepper Half chopped red pepper 2 tbsp minced ginger Half cup chopped coriander Add 3 eggs Add 1 tbsp chaat masala 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp red chilli flakes Mix everything and make kebabs.
