Descendants are just an amazingly good band, the first time I heard them was when I bought the Liveage LP way back in 1987 (I think) but at the time I was mostly into more hardcore stuff, I was heavily into the American Hardcore bands, I think it was through listening to All that got me interested in Descendants! I've never liked the term, Pop Punk, and hated a lot of the bands that emerged in the 90's, that were labelled as such! Descendants are a melodic Punk band!!! Not Pop!
