Marie_2025_ "The Glades" by Galiah is one of the best songs I've heard this year. It is powerful, moving & unforgettable.

The chorus is easily memorable, I think because of both the lyrics & melodic structure; with a distinct note change.

It tells a poignant message or story, & I admire Galiah for writing such meaningful lyrics. 
Beautifully sung, strong instrumentation & great melodies make "The Glades" a thought-provoking song that held my undivided attention, & one which I would definitely recommend. Favorite track: the Glades.

I recorded this track three months after my dad died, my voice still sounded muted, but it also fit the mood of the track. Produced by Alex Monty. Very grateful to have worked with such great collaborators to bring my idea to life :-)
