Ducklings

Still some ducklings around, but not

that many birds over all.

The water level is very low.

Lots of ducklings

Lots of ducklings at Suomenoja today,

both smaller and bigger, all busy eating.

A red admiral sat still for a few moments.

An oystercatcher was walking about,

but he didn't enjoy the company

so he flew off to a quieter neighbourhood.

It's been warm and dry. Everything is blooming

a bit early and we haven't really had any

rain in over a month. We've had a few

forest fires because people are making

fires in the forest even though it's forbidden.

I really hope we'll get rain soon.
